*Problem Summary:
*    The GENMONTH program incorrectly sets the last day of the month
*    to 31 for all months starting with April.
*
*Symptoms:
*    The ending date in the NXTMONTH member is always mm/31/yyyy
*    for all cases where mm is 04 or larger.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The module GENMONTH has been revised to calculate the last day
*    of the month correctly.
*
*    You may obtain a copy of the new module from Technical Support.
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    PILOT.
