*Problem Summary:
*    The Report To Printer Index Build utility must run against an
*    empty ROPERPI cluster.  This has previously required that the RPI
*    cluster be deleted and redefined before each run.  This can be
*    a problem for some installations that want to manage their space
*    and data set allocation activities closely.
*
*Symptoms:
*    The index rebuild will fail if the cluster is not empty.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object module must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPERP35
*    The following replacement source module must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        RUNRPIB
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
