*RMC12006 - 12/08/2006 - The RORS transaction will loop if the ROPERIB
*                        data set is closed and unenabled.

*Problem Summary:
*    If the ROPERIB data set is closed and cannot be opened on first
*    reference, the RORS transaction will loop.
*
*Symptoms:
*    An infinate loop in ROPEBLRS will occur because the errors
*    reported from the initial STARTBR on the ROPERIB data set are
*    not processed back to the calling program.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEBLRS, ROPERORS
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
