*RMC12008 - 12/14/2006 - The ROPES Automatic Startup program does not
*                        display the transaction id when issuing
*                        message ROPES09009.
*
*Problem Summary:
*    If the ROPESTAR program cannot start a printer it issues message
*    ROPES09009.  The message does not contain the transaction code.
*
*Symptoms:
*    The failing transaction code is not displayed. Blanks from the
*    transaction assembly area are shown because the code to create
*    the transaction id is bypassed under certain circumstances when
*    the printer is not to be started for other reasons (no work,
*    warm hold, etc.).
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPESTAR
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
