*                        ROPERIB data set.

*Problem Summary:
*    The Business Logic routine ROPEBLRL is shared by the ROPEROAL and
*    ROPERORL functions.  When processing the ROAL transaction the
*    Alternate RIB file is opened and closed.  This should not occur
*    when processing the RORL transaction, but an error in the code
*    caused the ROPERIB data set to be closed.
*
*Symptoms:
*    Subsequent ROPES functions fail with some variation of ROPES Is
*    Not Available, or other indication that the ROPERIB data set was
*    not accessible.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEBLRL
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
