*RMC12033 - 11/10/2012 - To permit Quick Start automated by IPCP, the
*                        transaction RSTQ is defined to execute a
*                        modified ROPESTAR.  If the transaction code is
*                        RSTQ, ROPESTAR will perform a Quick Start.
*
*Problem Summary:
*    The IPCP automation tool will not pass the /QUICK data to the RSTA
*    transaction.
*
*Symptoms:
*    A normal automated startup is performed.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPESTAR
*
*    Copy the RSTA transaction definition as RSTQ.
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
