*Problem Summary:
*    If the ROPERIB and ROPEQBR are not properly synchronized and can-
*    not be restored, loops are possible in the delete QBR processing.
*
*Symptoms:
*    Long loops occur with both CPU and I/O activity occuring.  The
*    program is trying to delete QBR records by key but the records do
*    not exist.  Since the QBR key contains a 4 byte binary number, the
*    number of records that appear to be present can be very large.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEBQOR
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
