*Problem Summary:
*    Messages issued by program ROPESETL for the LEVELSET utility
*    function were not correctly numbered or documented.
*
*Symptoms:
*    The messages and codes manual did not contain the messages for
*    this function.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPESETL
*
*Documenation Changes:
*    The ROPES Messages and Codes manual has been updated to include
*    the missing messages.
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
