*RMC16003 - 09/13/2010 - The Migration Aid utility, ROPEMIGR has been

*Problem Summary:
*    Functions requiring migration actions for customers upgrading
*    to ROPES Version 16 were not available in any utility.
*
*Symptoms:
*    There was no way to perform the migration actions.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following new object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEMIGR, ROPEMI16, ROPEMI17
*    The following new source module must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        RUNMIGR
*
*Documenation Changes:
*    The ROPES Messages and Codes manual has been updated to include
*    the messages from this utility.
*
*    The UPGRADE job provided with the Version 16 distribution has
*    been enhanced to execute the migration utility when needed.
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
