*RMC16004 - 11/18/2010 - Support for IPv6 has been added to ROPES.

*Problem Summary:
*    ROPES support for TCP/IP attached printers and print servers has
*    been limited to IPv4 networking.  With IPv4 numbers running out in
*    the public arena, and some organizations moving to IPv6 internally
*    as well, we have added IPv6 support to ROPES.
*
*    Some changes to the ROPES Trace have also been incorporated for
*    cosmetic reasons.  We have also documented all the trace entries.
*
*Symptoms:
*    Full IPv6 addresses cannot be defined to ROPES if the :: address
*    compression does not apply.  Host names that resolve to IPv6
*    addresses cannot be processed.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEDRVR, ROPEKTBL, ROPEICTL, ROPELPRP, ROPEMIGR, ROPEMI17,
*        ROPEMNT,  ROPEROM1, ROPESOCP, ROPESYSA, ROPETRCE, R51LPILT,
*        R51LPIUM, R51LPI0,  R51LPI0R, R51LPMUM, R51LPM0,  R51LPM0S
*    The following replacement source modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPELPRC, ROPESYSA, RUNMIGR,  R51LPRRC
*    The following replacement COBOL modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPESYSA

*SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
*    Please read the associated Read Me document for critical infor-
*    mation regarding compatibility issues with previous versions of
*    ROPES.  Changes are being made to the ROPELPRO data set which will
*    increase the record size from its current 539 bytes to its fully
*    defined length of 640 bytes.  Older levels of ROPES will fail when
*    reading these new records.
*
*    This feature is disabled by default.  A new on/off control is
*    provided on the ROPES SYSTEM CONTROL INFORMATION MAINTENANCE
*    panel in the ROMT transaction.
*
*Documenation Changes:
*    Documentation for the IPv6 support has been provided in the form
*    of updates to the relevant manuals.  Changed are:

*    Utilities Guide
