*RMC16008 - 05/30/2011 - The messages issued by module ROPEDVCP have
*                        been reformatted for readability.

*Problem Summary:
*    The messages issued by ROPEDVCP were in all upper case.  They
*    were changed to normal cased text to improve readability.  This
*    is part of an ongoing process to improve the readability of ROPES
*    messages.  Message numbers are not affected.
*
*Symptoms:
*    When viewing the log, messages can be difficult to read in all
*    upper case.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object module must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEDVCP
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
