*RMC16011 - 06/03/2011 - The Browse Report function of the ROPES Web
*                        interface fails with condition 500 (Severe
*                        server error).
*
*Problem Summary:
*    If there are no reports eligible for browsing, either because the
*    requesting user is not authorized or because the eligible reports
*    are empty, the ROPES Container Service ROPECNRL attempts to obtain
*    a zero length storage area.  This is not treated as an error.
*    Later in the process an EXEC CICS FREEMAIN fails with abend AEIP
*    trying to release the unacquired storage.
*
*Symptoms:
*    Abend AEIP occurs during Web Service processing, which is reflected
*    back to the remote user as a 500 Server Error.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPECNRL
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
