*Problem Summary:
*    The Batch Queue Reorganization program does not issue the **TOTALS
*    output line at the end of the process.  The variable length line
*    controls are not being set correctly.
*
*Symptoms:
*    The **TOTALS line is missing from the output.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*
*    THIS FIX SUPERSEDES RMC16012
*    THIS FIX HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED BY RMC16014
*
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEBQOR
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This problem will be corrected by PTF in the next release of
*    ROPES.
